INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup water
1 cup peaches, chopped (frozen or fresh
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 banana
1 tsp fresh turmeric (1/4 tsp dried)
DIRECTIONS
Place hemps seeds, chia seeds and water in a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
NOURISHING TIP
The Power of Peaches! This rich source of antioxidants has been shown to start decreasing oxidative stress within 30 min of consumption but be sure to eat the fuzzy peel as this is where a large amount of the antioxidants hang out! Peaches are best eaten fresh or frozen as many nutrients are lost in the canning process.
