INGREDIENTS
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup finely chopped kale, de-stemmed
1/2 cup chopped cilantro or parsley

DRESSING
3 tbsp cold press olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp raw unpasteurized honey
DIRECTIONS
Place salad ingredients into a large bowl. Combine all dressing ingredients into a magic bullet and blend until mixed. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
