NOURISHING TIP
Organ meats (including liver) are some of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet - better than any multivitamin that money can buy! Liver is exceptionally high in iron, B Vitamins, and Vitamin A, which is extremely important in rebuilding the mucosal linings of the digestive tract, as well as keeping our lungs healthy.

Make these and freeze them for quick lunches or snacks!

Nervous about eating liver? Just try it - you honestly can't even taste it!
