INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups hot water or coconut
milk
2 tbsp cocao powder, raw
1⁄2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 tbsp grassfed butter or
coconut oil
2 - 3 tsp raw honey
1⁄2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Serves: 1 large cup or 2 small ones
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds.
Warm over medium – low heat stirring constantly.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Chocolate has been noted in many research articles for its amazing health benefits: one of the riches sources of antioxidants found in nature, nutrient dense, mood and energy boosting, etc, etc!
But not all chocolate is created equal... chocolate found in most candy bars or factory made desserts have been heavily processed which strips it of the health benefits and contains a large amount of inflammatory refined sugar.
Look for raw cacao (not cocoa)to take advantage of these amazing benefits.
Also, for those with diarrhea prone bellies – you may find chocolate too stimulating. If so avoid and implement some gut healing strategies before trying again.
